growth parameters compared to uninoculated control. It also increased the soil mineral
properties. Sarwade et al., (2011) has investigated the effect of Trichoderma viride on the
growth of Capsicum annuum. Their results revealed that the inoculation of Trichoderma sp.
contributed the best growth and development of Chillies. Bhabai et al., (2019) has conducted
the experiment on effect of biofertilizer on Vigna radiata. Their study also revealed that the
shoot length, root length etc. were increased by the addition of these biofertilizers. Preetham
et al. (2019) has carried out the effect of different treatments on the growth of Lablab
purpureus. They have concluded that there is increase in the growth parameters of the plant
with rhizobium. Though all the study was different, both Bacillus and Trichoderma are
known to increase the growth and yield of the plants.
CONCLUSION:
Chemical fertilizers are rich in nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium and enhance the
growth of plant faster. But continuous usage of these fertilizers, affect the soil and
microorganisms living in it. And also, it encourages plant diseases. To prevent these types of
hazards, bioinoculants are used. The results reveal that the use of these bioinoculants
promotes faster growth of plants and enriches the soil nutrients for the betterment of the
growth. Unlike chemical fertilizers, it does not affect the soil and it is environment friendly.
This also reveals that proper proportion of using bioinoculants enhances plant growth in a
better way. Hence it is concluded that bioinoculants can highly promote the plant growth.
