HOSTEL- Home Away From Home.
The college hostel is housed in two double storeyed buildings comprising of 225 rooms, a prayer hall, a dining hall, reading room, a night canteen and a computer enclave, provide a Home Away From Home.

EXCELLENT SCIENCE LABS AND LIBRARY
The college has state-of-the art science labs to facilitate in creating an optimum research and learning environment. A well stocked library with rare as well as the latest books, Internet facility, a number of periodicals, magazines, CDs, Encyclopedias and book-bank facility for the needy students.

VIDEO CONFERENCING
Hans Raj Mahila Maha Vidyalaya Jalandhar is the first Science and Arts college of the region to avail the use of video-conferencing.

PLACEMENTS
TThe Placement Cell of the college has a 100% placement assistance track record. It conducts regular campus placements, and every year a number of students get selected in companies like Satyam Computers, INFOSYS, TCS, CSC, TECH MAHINDRA, WIPRO TECHNOLOGY, IBM DAKSH, WNS, WIPRO BPO and SAPPHIRE CONSULTANCY.

SPORTS
The students have year after year excelled in sports. The college has won the Guru Nanak Dev University Overall Sports Championship for a total number of Nineteen times.

NCC AND NSS
The college is known for its specialized NCC training. Two wings of NCC-army wing and air wing offer various training programmes, annual camps. NSS aims at developing in students an insight to identify and tackle the problems and the needs of society.

CO-CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES
The College has equally spectacular achievements in co-curricular activities. The college bagged Overall Trophy of GNDU Final Youth Festival this year, and also bagged 4 trophies out of a total of 5 in different areas viz. Literary, Folk, Theatre and Fine Arts.

THE ANNUAL COLLEGE FETE
Every year the college fair is celebrated with hilarity ,gaiety and lots of merrymaking and jubiliation.

We appreciate that only a healthy student can excel in studies, therefore, the institute provides a well maintained dispensary in the campus, managed by qualified doctors, to look after health related problems and to cope up with medical emergencies. The institute conducts regular medical check-up of the students.
