The aim and objective of the scheme is to develop a student as a multifaceted personality with academic excellence and a commitment to an egalitarian society. This scheme is basically for the benefit of students, who are intelligent, meritorious, and economically backward and cannot afford their academic fee, hence are needy and financially hard pressed. This is a vision of keeping our youth gainfully employed as well as to contribute to civil society. This will make higher education accessible and available to the poor, meritorious and the marginalized. This scheme involves the students in managing different sectors of institution helping to utilize the enormous potential of students as a valuable human resource. Additionally it provides hands on experience in Library, Office, and Labs and thereby prepares them for jobs in future.
